When does the course start and finish?
This toolkit is delivered in the format of an On-Demand course. It is completely self-paced. You can go through the class material at your own pace, referring back to the material throughout the access dates.
How long do I have access to the course?
After completing registration, you will have access to the toolkit indefinitely.
What is the time commitment?
As this is a self-paced course, you set your own pace for completion. However, we do recommend you dedicate 5 hours per week to go through the course curriculum which consists of a series of videos, activities, and small assignments. We provide you with indefinite access from the date of purchase, so you may spread your learning over multiple weeks, or refer back to it multiple times.

The ERG toolkit is provided for a fee. You agree to pay any applicable course fee, taxes, and other fees that may accrue in relation to your registration for the toolkit, if any. Fees will be payable in advance via Apple Pay or credit card checkout processed by Stripe, both powered through the Teachable platform. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. We understand the challenges ERGs and Executive sponsors face when building and growing sustainable ERGs at their organizations, and we at Perfeqta are here to support you as you build!
Included in your registration is the opportunity to participate in monthly Office Hours with our team where we can discuss how to apply learnings from the toolkit and answer any questions you may have.
Is this the Certificate for Course Completion accredited?
Perfeqta is not an accredited school, which is important to note-you will not be getting any college credit or degrees from Perfeqta Academy. You will not be receiving any type of official certification. Perfeqta Academy offers its own certificate for courses upon completion as verification that you have taken the course.
What do I need to be successful in implementing the content covered in the toolkit?
To be successful, you must commit to the trainings provided in this toolkit. This means you’ll have to manage your time, set up meetings with your company leaders, gather feedback from employees, and work towards implementing change. To help you get leadership buy-in, Perfeqta will provide you with a sponsorship letter that you can send to your leadership to request that they pay for this toolkit.
